Shipping InformationWe currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We're sorry, but we can not currently ship to any international country (including Canada) or other United States territories such as Guam and the Virgin Islands. We do not ship to any address that UPS or Fedex can not deliver to. This includes APO and PO Box addresses. Shipping Rates Shipping rates for Federal Express are based on weight and destination zip code. During the checkout process you will have your choice of shipping options (Such as Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day and Ground) for both commercial and residential addresses. In General, orders shipped by ground delivery arrive within 2 to 6 business days. We do not "mark up" the carrier shipping rates, however a handling fee of $3 will be added to all orders under $50. HEAVY/FRAGILE ITEMS SUCH AS TELEVISIONS AND FURNITURE MUST SHIP VIA LTL/TRUCK. You will be contacted by a customer service representative by e-mail or phone before your order is completed to discuss shipping options. Your card will not be charged until a shipping option is approved. Order Turnaround Most orders shipped 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order ships. Our order cutoff time is 4PM EST. Any order placed after this time will not be considered received until the following business day. This includes expedited orders placed after 4PM EST! Backorders and out of stock items Our web site is updated throughout the day with real-time inventory from our fulfillment warehouses. Due to the way these updates occur, in some rare cases an item may be sold out between the time of the last update and the time you place your order. In the event that an Item is out of stock, you will be notified within 1 business day and your payment method will not be billed. Local Pickup MosiTronics.com uses fulfillment warehouses located throughout the United States and does not maintain an inventory at our Florida headquarters so local pickup is not available. If you require a more precise shipping estimate, please call or email us with the item you are purchasing and we will let you know an estimated delivery time. We ship from warehouses located all over the country and will automatically select the location closest to you! Because of this, our average delivery time is only 3 business days using the "Standard Shipping" option! Please contact us if you need an exact time estimation prior to placing your order. All orders arrive within 1-6 business days after shipment. ReturnsWe value each and every customer and handle each order personally with the care and attention you should expect when making purchases through our store. We try and resolve any problems or concerns that may develop during the purchase process. We want you to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through MosiTronics and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:
- You must obtain an RMA number from MosiTronics.com by e-mailing us at rma@MosiTronics.com
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package
- You must insure that we receive the return before the expiration data of your RMA #.
- You must send the return Freight Prepaid (We do not pay return shipping)
- Defective merchandise (including original shipping charges) will be refunded or exchanged within 1 day of receipt by our warehouse.
- Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with all original documentation and parts.
- NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
For fastest return processing, please contact us by phone at 1-888-389-3282. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY RETURNS TO OUR POLK CITY, FL ADDRESS - IT WILL BE REFUSED! When you receive your RA# email from us, it will include the proper address to send the return. Note that outgoing Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.. Also note that we can not take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials. Be sure to keep all this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it!

Excluded Items - The following items can not be returned to MosiTronics for any reason: All televisions/monitors 20" and over (including LCD and plasma), all home and office video projectors, video games, activated satellite receiver units (DirecTV, Siruis, XM, etc) toner cartridges, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, air conditioners, ventilation and ceiling fans. Defective Items - Defective items other then those mentions in "Excluded Items" above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges, however we will gladly credit the outgoing ground shipping costs of a replacement order.
Non-Defective Items - ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.
Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. MosiTronics, at it's sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to fowarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder. |
